Is there free parking?

The Theatre has plenty of free parking in front and behind the venue.
The Nugget Casino Resort has a free parking garage and surface lots.

Where is Magique located?

Through June 2025 we are conveniently located at The Theatre, 505 Keystone Avenue in Reno, right alongside the I-80 freeway. Click here for map.

Starting in July 2025, we will be located inside the Nugget Casino Resort located at 1100 Nugget Avenue in Sparks, also right alongside the I-80 freeway. Click here for map.

Is there food and alcohol?

The Theatre has a great variety of snacks and drinks at our concession stand. We don’t have a full bar, however there is a nice help-yourself adult beverage area for suggested donations.

The Nugget Casino Resort will have a full bar and concession stand in the new lounge located right inside the celebrity showroom. In addition, The Nugget Casino Resort has many dining options including Anthony’s Chophouse, the iconic Oyster Bar, Rosie’s Cafe, and more!

What’s your Refund Policy?

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, however we understand things come up! Please reply to your original confirmation with the new date, or contact the Box Office at 775.234.2112 if you need to reschedule.

• All rescheduled tickets will default to general seating.

• Minimum 48 hours notice required to reschedule tickets

Are there discounts for tickets for groups?

Where do I get my tickets?

Show tickets purchased online will be available for pickup at the box office. Confirmation email on your phone, or proper identification will be required at the box office will call. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime. This applies to both The Theatre and the Nugget Casino Resort.

What time should I arrive by?

Our lobby and box office opens at 7pm
Seating begins at 7:30pm
Showtime is 8:00 p.m.

What are seating & pricing* options?

Our seating options range from General Seating to VIP seating.

ADA / Handicap seating info:

We are all set up for handicap seating. We have many options. Wheelchair seating is level with the front doors, or if you just need a little extra time getting seated then please arrive by 7pm and you will be escorted in early. If you have any special needs, please call the box office at 775.234.2112

Is the show family friendly?

Magique is for all ages. However, the special effects and Vegas style costuming may be startling for young children. We recommend Magique for ages 6 and up.

How long is the show?

Our show runs 90 minutes including a short intermission.

What’s the dress code?

Our guests usually take a lot of photos once inside. Come as you are, however nice evening attire is suggested.
